The botjobs manifesto
Progress doesn’t ask for permission.
Our position. Not a neutral finding.
Companies will automate what they can.
Workers will be told to adapt.
Governments will measure the consequences.
And machines will keep getting better.
None of this requires a conspiracy.
None of it requires machines to hate humans.
It only requires technology to become good enough, cheap enough and profitable enough.
We are not against artificial intelligence.
We are against a future in which humanity sleepwalks into becoming economically expendable.
botjobs exists to make that possibility impossible to ignore.
We are building a world that may no longer need us to work.
Nobody has explained how that world is supposed to work for us.
A position, not a measurement. The facts behind it are on the methodology page. Methodology →
The consequences
Maybe you will never be fired because of AI.
Maybe your successor will simply never be hired.
“We didn't refill the position.”
